At Willow Bath & Vanity, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home sanctuary. If your new vanity or fixture isn't a perfect fit, you may return eligible items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your product in its original box with all protective foam, hardware, and manuals included to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger vanity units.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the item for damages, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
